Few settings rival a beach side setting for a special occasion.  The Pavilion at Roy's Bayside Grill is available for private events year round.  We do not charge rental for the use of the Pavilion when an event includes food & beverage.  Our main restaurant can also be booked for private events, however, minimum charges will apply. 

If you already have a venue, we can do the catering. We have worked at several venues and villas across the island!

Claire & Patrick worked many years in hotels and convention centers planning events of all sizes.  Rehearsal Dinners, Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Family Reunions, Group Outings, Cooperate Meetings and more; we have seen a lot of events take place on the beach.  We will work with you to crate an event that will match your dreams with a custom menu to please all your guests.  By utilizing our vast contacts across the island we can assist you in other planning needs as well.  

Ship crews, we can host your passengers for the day as well with a private bar and lunch.
